  • This is a live-in position. There’s no rent, you can stay here for free.

  • Over the summer you’ll likely be staying in a luxury wall tent (500 square feet with a covered patio and nicely furnished)

  • During that time, we’ll build you a tiny home or micro cabin and film that as a YouTube video, then you’ll get to move into it

• Future travel

  • As our videographer you’ll need to come with us wherever we’re going. If we’re scouting a property to buy in Costa Rica, we’ll want you there. If we buy a sub-urban property to turn into a sub-urban self sufficient demonstration home, we’ll want you there. Whatever it is, you’ll be a core member of the team and you’ll need to be mobile.

  • Monthly gas limit

  • Anything over the limit, you pay back, but you still get fuel ~50 cents/litre cheaper than regular

• Healthcare plan

  • An open plan so you choose how you want to spend it, no restrictions for types of modalities or practitioners, so you can use it for “unconventional” things that normal plans don’t cover like a naturopath doctor

• Free access to all our courses and trainings

• Make your own schedule (within reason)

• Take time off whenever you want (as long as your job is being fulfilled, do whatever you like!)

• Team retreats! Let’s go rent a badass Airbnb somewhere and have some fun, eat good food, and come up with creative solutions.

• Salary – everyone is on salary. Don’t worry about taking days off and losing out on pay. We got you covered.
